Thermo-mineral water on the basis of field and complete physical – chemical tests belong to the category of sodium-calcium hydrocarbonate fipotermi. BK mud is mineral and belongs to the alkaline and reductive mud, prepared specifically for use in open muddy pools where the clay is made from the environment and mixed with sulphurous water. Maturation takes place in anaerobic conditions that provide constant tapping of sulphurous water that covers the clay. Peloids maturation process takes 1 to 3 years, stirring occasionally. Mud is used for therapeutic purposes in the form of mud packs.
